Tomorrow is the day . . . the first of many firsts. . . a day which will be remembered for years to come. . . Tomorrow is Liam's discharge day. . . We transition to the next phase of Liam's liver transplant . . . OUTPATIENT CARE!

Liam will still need to be seen on a daily basis to have his labs checked, but how cool is it that we can now come into the hospital for a visit rather than wait for a pass to leave the hospital for a few hours. FREEDOM!

For today, we celebrate the promise of many "firsts"!
